Frederick P. Davies is the founder and senior attorney of Davies Law Firm, bringing decades of experience in living trusts, estate planning, and long-term care planning. After earning his law degree from Syracuse University College of Law, he served in military legal roles, including as an estate planning subject matter expert for the U.S. Air Force.
Since founding the firm in 1993, Frederick has helped Central New York families protect their assets and plan for the future. He has also delivered more than 1,000 seminars on estate planning, trusts, taxes, and elder law.
William P. Davies is a partner at Davies Law Firm who specializes in estate planning, living trusts, wills, and tax planning. He earned his J.D. magna cum laude from Albany Law School and an advanced LL.M. in Estate Planning from the University of Miami School of Law.
Licensed in New York and Florida, William combines specialized legal knowledge with years of experience helping families plan for the future. He is also a former president of the Estate Planning Council of Central New York and has published legal research on estate planning and power of attorney issues.
